Easy Chicken Dinner
Perfect for a mid-week dinner. All you have to do is chop all your ingredients (bell pepper, tomato, garlic, parsley, and chicken) and mix them all in olive oil, salt and pepper on a baking pan, then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The chopped bell pepper and tomato make the chicken really juicy and flavorful.
You can definitely use different ingredients you have available in your kitchen, like carrots, onions, mushroom, or basil.
